Who we are
MBC First Aid & Safety is the trading name of MBC Finance (Pty) Ltd, 40 Prospecton Road, Prospecton, Isipingo, KwaZulu-Natal 4133. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote or submit an order we collect your name, company name (optional), email address, phone number, delivery address and any notes you add. Your cart is stored in your own browser until you submit it. We do not collect or store card details; payment is by EFT to the bank account shown on your invoice.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, confirm supplier availability, prepare quotations and invoices, arrange delivery, handle returns and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to fulfil your order, for example your delivery details with the courier delivering your goods. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quotation, invoice and order records for as long as required by South African tax and company law, and other enquiry details only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
